At Cascades, chocolate fountains are our sole business, not a sideline or hobby. We therefore dedicate 100% of our time to providing a quality chocolate fountain experience for all our customers.

Our standard packages will cater for about 90% of our customers needs. There are always exceptions such as small parties that would like a large fountain.
Corporate customers may require our services all day or over a multi day event. Please contact us so we can discuss your individual needs.
We are based in Middlesbrough, Cleveland. Our prices include travel within a 40 mile radius of Middlesbrough. We will happily travel further afield, but will have to add a small charge to cover expenses incurred.
No. Unfortunately chocolate attracts flies. We prefer these not to be a dipping option. The flow of chocolate is susceptible to light breezes, disrupting the flow of the fountain and causing a mess. We therefore do not cater for outdoor events, however, use within a marquee is acceptable.
Do you add oil to your chocolate to make it flow?
No - we only add pure cocoa butter powder to thin the chocolate slightly. The cocoa butter makes the chocolate even creamier.
We know that half the fun of a chocolate fountain is selecting which dip to have. We will provide a variety of dips including, where possible, your favourites.
How long can we hire it for?
Typically a normal hire is for 3 hours, however you can hire for longer, the machine will keep going as long as it has chocolate in it.

"Wow Factor". An eye catching centre piece creating a mouthwatering impression on your guests.
Can you imagine the look on your guests' faces when they see our fountain cascading with rich Belgian Chocolate? As they come closer the gorgeous aroma of warm chocolate will draw them in.
Our Fountain comes with its own illuminated two tier surround and base, which is stunning. This is where your guests will find their dipping foods, skewers and napkins are also provided.
Our uniformed and experienced Fountain Operators will assemble the Fountain for you and dismantle and pack away at the end of the running time, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy your event. Our Operator will be on hand throughout your event to replenish the dipping foods, skewers and napkins and to assist your guests in the art of dipping. More importantly, our Operator is there to ensure your guests have a fun and enjoyable fondue experience with Cascades.

We have full Public Liability Insurance & all our staff have completed a Basic Hygiene course.
