How to book a Chocolate Fountain from Cascades
In order to confirm venue dates, please contact us either by email at
cascades@gmx.com
Or telephone (01642) 869939, mobile 07988 907053 and we will
confirm that this date is available. If we cannot accommodate your time and day, we will recommend another trusted company to you.
Once the date has been confirmed, we will issue a booking form through the post for you to complete and return. We will acknowledge receipt of the booking in writing.
All bookings require a deposit of £80.oo and this payment should be returned with your completed booking form.
The balance will become due 14 days before your event if paying by cheque.
If you would prefer to pay by cash, settlement can be made at the venue on the date when our Operator arrives to set up.
All prices are for 3 hours running time. If you require a longer period of time for the Fountain, please contact us for an individual quote.
We require a 1 hour set up time prior to the Fountains use. We will discuss access to the venue nearer to the date.
